Terms and Conditions

    • A non-refundable deposit of $ 200 is required at the time of booking. The balance will be due before the finished product is delivered.
    • In the event that more than one client wishes to book our services on the same day, preference will go to the first client to pay the deposit. Rescheduled events will only be accommodated if the new date does not conflict with another booked event.
    • The client is responsible for informing the registrar or vicar that there will be 1 camera at the ceremony. A small minority of vicars charge for the presence of a video camera. This cost is the responsibility of the client.
    • ZS PRODUCTIONS LLC will be the exclusive professional videographer. Friends and family are permitted to operate video cameras on the condition that they do not interfere with or get in the way of the professional coverage.
    • It is the client’s responsibility to secure access to areas for videography. ZS PRODUCTIONS LLC  will not be responsible for coverage lost due to access restrictions
    • Creative aspects such as shooting and editing style are at the discretion of ZS PROODUCTIONS LLC.
    • ZS PROODUCTIONS LLC will not be held liable for any production problems beyond our control, e.g. bad weather, accidents, poor acoustics/lighting, interference from guest, etc.
    • ZS PROODUCTIONS LLC reserves the right to terminate any contract at any time for any reasonable cause such as an accident or ill health. In this event all monies paid will be refunded in full.
    • Any liability on the part of ZS PROODUCTIONS LLCwill be limited to the amount of monies paid.
    • The copyright of the DVD is vested in ZS PROODUCTIONS LLC and no form of copying or reproduction without written permission will be allowed.
    • If a client wishes to amend the final version of the DVD, re-editing will be charged at $ 30 per hour. (The client will be invited to a personal viewing of the DVD once editing is complete and be given the opportunity to make minor amendments).
    • Upon taking possession of the finished product, the client must inform ZS PROODUCTIONS LLC of any technical or other problems with the DVD within 7 days. After 7 days, if no notification has been received, the client will be deemed to be satisfied with the product.
    • A copy of the finished production and associated material is retained by ZS PROODUCTIONS at no charge to the Client. At the discretion of ZS PROODUCTIONS LLC, this content may also be used as promotional and demonstrative material.  ZS PROODUCTIONS LLC will respect their Clients wishes with regard to Privacy and/or Confidentiality.
